| Appointments |
Please
arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment to allow for a
stress-free check-in. |
| Cancellations |
We
require at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel any single
appointment and forty-eight hours notice to cancel any package
appointment in order to avoid a charge of fifty percent of the scheduled
service price. A credit card number is needed to hold any reservation
involving the Yuko System process or another package. |
| Gift
Certificates |
Services
may be obtained only upon presentation of the original Gift Certificate. The
certificate is valid for a period of six (6) months and is not refundable or
transferable. A 20% fee is charged to reactivate unused certificates that have
expired. |
| Guarantee |
We
hope you enjoy everything you order from David Mitchell. Unfortunately,
due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept any returns on opened products
or un-opened products that are damaged or have been purchased for more
than 30 days. Should you be less than happy with anything else that
you've purchased from us, please return it to us within 30 days (enclose
your original receipt) and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or
send replacement product. Please send us your package via an insured and
prepaid method (we recommend FedEx or UPS). Include your packing slip
and reason for return. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not
refundable on returns and a 20% restocking fee apply to all product
returns.
Our services are guaranteed
against defects in workmanship if physically returned to us within seven
(7) days in an unaltered condition.
