To secure the transfer of personal information, David Mitchell has obtained a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Server Certificate. The certificate is used on the Shop OnLine form and Book OnLine form.  Information entered here is collected within a secure page, such that it is encrypted while being transferred to a secure, password-protected database.

Price

All prices are in Canadian Dollars.  Prices subject to change without notice. It is not our practice to quote prices when arranging service appointments at our studio or on the telephone. If you are concerned about specific prices please feel free to ask, we would be happy to provide you with a verbal quote.

Occasionally, our price schedule may change before our website does, If your order is affected by such a change, we will inform you when we confirm your order with you before payment and shipping. Appointments

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment to allow for a stress-free check-in.

Cancellation 

We require forty-eight hours notice to cancel an appointment in order to avoid a charge of the full scheduled price. A credit card number is needed to hold any reservation involving the Yuko System or Great Lengths processes. 

Services may be obtained only upon presentation of the original Gift Certificate. The certificate is valid for a period of six (6) months and is not refundable or transferable.

We hope you enjoy everything you order from David Mitchell. Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept any returns on opened products or un-opened products that are damaged, deemed by us to be in un-resalable condition or have been purchased for more than 14 days. Should you be less than happy with anything else that you've purchased from us, please return it to us within 14 days (enclose your original receipt) and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or send replacement product. Please send us your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend FedEx or UPS). Include your packing slip and reason for return. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns and a 20% restocking fee apply to all product returns.

Our services are guaranteed against defects in workmanship if physically returned to us within seven (7) days in an unaltered condition.
