NATURAL HAIR EXTENSIONS
David Mitchell Studio uses only Great Lengths, a 100% human hair extensions system. The hair is sourced in India and processed in Italy so that all cuticle layers are aligned in the same direction, with every strand uniform in colour, texture and diameter. Each strand is pre-bonded with a patented protein polymer, a compound that mimics human hair’s molecular structure. An advanced applicator tong is used to soften the bond so it can be moulded to your natural hair. Unlike other systems, where glue guns and wax melting pots are used, the applicator allows for a very clean and precise application. The result is undetectable attachments that are brushable, durable and most importantly, non-damaging to your natural hair strands.
Hair strands are produced in over 40 different shades. Additionally, at David Mitchell we can pre-colour or pre-tone your hair and/or extensions with our non-peroxide, enzyme hair colouring method for a perfect result every time. The Great Lengths de-pigmentation process is a patented system similar to that used in the textile industry which allows for the sanitization and de-pigmentation of human hair strands without the use of harmful bleach. This process maintains the integrity of the hair with no damage to the cuticle layer or the strand interior. The result is beautiful, colourfast strands with a soft, luxurious feel and luminous shine; even on the high lift blondes!
