STUDIO APPOINTMENTS
Your studio appointments are reserved specifically for you. If you would like to cancel your appointment, we require that you contact us directly and in person by telephone (not email nor voice mail) at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or cancelled by email or voicemail are fully chargeable. Advanced technical services such as the Yuko System Hair Straightening, Anti-Frizz and Great Lengths Hair Extensions require 7 days notice for cancellation without a charge.
STORE PURCHASES
Purchases made at David Mitchell Studio are subject to exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase on clothing items with proof of purchase, on the condition that they are deemed by us in our sole discretion to be unused, unaltered, not laundered and in original condition. Cosmetics, brushes and other products we deem to be intimate products are not returnable. Sale items are final sales.
DMS REWARDS
DMS Rewards (The Program) is a rewards program offered by David Mitchell Studio Inc. (DMS) to our individual studio clients.
Membership in The Program is automatic when you are added to our client list and you make your first product or service purchase.
Members receive DMS Rewards Points every time they make a product or service purchase at the Studio.
Members may use their rewards points in whole or in part towards any product purchase. Rewards points may not be applied towards service purchases.
DMS may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit or modify the rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership or any other feature of The Program.
DMS may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the program entirely or in part without prior notice, except as expressly set out in these policies or as required by applicable law.
DMS GIFT CARDS
DMS Gift Cards may be used to purchase products and services at David Mitchell Studio. It may not be used to purchase gift cards. It may not be returned by the recipient, nor redeemed for cash. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards may be cancelled and replaced in the amount of its remaining balance by the purchaser with the presentation of proof of purchase as required by DMS.

SHIPPING
We ship orders by Canada Post within two days of purchase. Orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Standard: Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.
Express: Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, simply return* the item in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund, less any original shipping and return shipping costs if applicable.
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:

The Customer Care Specialist will record your information and give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is our reference number for your return and must be referenced in all communications. Follow the directions given by the Customer Care Specialist to return your order.
Please note returns will not be accepted "in person" at any David Mitchell Studio store locations and must be shipped back to us at the designated return address.
The returned parcel must be received by us no later than 10 days from the date the RMA number was sent to you. Once this date has passed, we may cancel the RMA and permanently close the order.
We require that all returns be made through an insurable method and that a tracking number is provided. We not responsible for items that may have become damaged, lost or stolen in shipment.
Please note you will be credited your order amount less any duty, brokerage and/or surcharges by the carrier for the returned item.
* Not returnable at any time: gift cards, lingerie, tights and other intimate wear, hair brushes, personal grooming tool and accessories, Sale items and any item marked Final Sale.

- We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.
- You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution centre.
- You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves our distribution centre.
- Please note: a customer signature is required for Express deliveries and all shipments over $400.
- If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
- Please allow extra time for deliveries to non-major centres and remote locations. Additional shipping fees may apply and if so, we will notify you before shipping.
- Please note: we are not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions, parcel volume and carrier service disruptions.
- Please note that we reserve the right not to ship and to cancel an order for any reason.
RETURNS
